Clients: Universal Search

Having the option to quickly locate items within your account can significantly reduce your workload while increasing efficiency.

Perform a Universal Search:

  1. Click Search on the left navigation bar.

  2. Enter the item you would like to look up.

Examples of Searches

Administrators and Property Managers may search by:

  • Service Provider name: Results will include the service provider record along with jobs assigned to that specific service provider.

  • Property name: Results will include the Property as well as jobs associated with that property.

  • Checklist name: The checklist as well as jobs utilizing that checklist will be shown.
